Gypsy Rose Tattoo opened its doors in July of 2010 in Jacksonville, North Carolina. Located in the Jacksonville mall, Gypsy Rose is the first tattoo shop to open in a mall in the entire state. The shop is owned and operated by Jamee Melvin, who has been tattooing professionally since 2005.
